This weekend I will be taking these pieces out for their first viewing in the Touring Caravan Gallery at the Dales Festival of Arts - you will find me in a tiny vintage caravan in Leyburn Market Place

Printing

April printing from pickings from the Dutch House gardens - this month was mainly about nettles of the dead varieties

Throughout 2014 I will be documenting the gardens at the Dutch House where once a month I will be picking plants and printing from them. This will be supported by a 10 day residency in August where I will set up a print studio there - with an accompanying exhibition.

Liking

People following their dreams, taking risks and putting their hearts into it. - what ever that it is. Janilaine and Kevin Mainprize are doing pretty much all of this and I wish them an enjoyable opening today of their new venture The Lockton Tea Rooms and Gallery and an enjoyable future.
